      You will get different project when you are on the bench but one should have good skills

      Inconvénients

      1. No increment, ask as much as you while joining 2. You will not get bonus on time. They delay bonus with 6 months which means you will get bonus every 18 or 19th month. 3. Lot of politics 4. There are lot more but you can afford those pain
