Avantages

For pros I guess I would say it could become a nice place to work. The product and visuals are fun as well.

Inconvénients

Have to say, I've worked with dozens of companies over the years and Haus was my worst experience. The teams are completely disorganized, take advantage of employees, and oh, you may or may not get paid. Deadlines are always tight and pushed no matter what - teamwork and communication is not reciprocated, and you will be blamed, ridiculed, and probably even fired if you challenge management. Some people should just be in a different industry with a much lower title better suited to them (looking at you, creative). Turnover is crazy high too - you'll be talking to a person one day and they are gone the next. It's sad because it really could be such a great place to work!

Avantages

Since I joined, the culture here has been amazing - managers and leadership are supportive and smart, and I feel celebrated often. I have heard that culture was toxic before, but there was a mass exodus and all the new hires are amazing in my opinion. I enjoy the flexible remote work and the small teams.

Inconvénients

Budgets are small/tight, but with big expectations which can be tough Some processes need tightening and restructuring and can be disorganized, due to start-up culture

Avantages

Fun holiday parties every year, benefits aren't too bad, flex time off, diversity in the workplace, dog friendly office.

Inconvénients

Where do I even begin... all of senior leadership/C-Suite is a mess - most of them constantly bully their subordinates with 0 repercussion. Nothing is merit-based here, it all depends on if your Manager/Dept Head likes you or not. Amazing people are laid off with no warning or explanation, except for the obvious mistreatment of their manager days/weeks leading up to it, while terrible and unqualified people stay employed just to be a warm body and everyone else is overworked as a result. Terrible/non-existent raises/promotions, horrible work culture. You are always doing something wrong in their eyes which warrants the terrible/non-existent raises/promotions. If you get a promotion, its less than a 10% raise. 0 company culture, no team/department bonding. Everyone is looking for someone else to blame instead of working together to solve roadblocks. No one listens to lower level employees.
