I started my career with GRMTECH as HR Recruiter and I had the best experience. Learnt a lot from my immediate head and the project manager.

Inconvénients

Salary offered is too less and they ask to stretch for long time.

No Pros, Toxic Culture, Data Abuse, and Gender Exploitation, Worst Experience – Misuses Employees and Client Trust

I had an extremely disappointing experience working at this company. From the outset, it was clear that the organization prioritized appearances over actual talent, often hiring female employees seemingly just to present a certain image to clients—completely disregarding their skills, experience, or professional growth. The work culture is toxic, particularly for women. Disrespect, objectification, and exclusion are rampant, and any attempt to raise concerns is either ignored or met with hostility. HR is complicit and ineffective, and there's a culture of fear among employees due to sudden and unexplained terminations. What’s even more alarming is the company’s unethical approach to business. There are credible internal discussions and rumors about client data being misused, with some even alleging it is being sold on the deep and dark web. At the same time, the company markets itself as a cybersecurity consultancy—an outrageous contradiction and a threat to the very clients it claims to protect. This place is the definition of hypocrisy and should be avoided by both potential employees and clients. If you're a cybersecurity professional, especially a woman, stay far away from this organization. And if you're a client, think twice before trusting them with your data.
