      nice easy going atmosphere. You feel that you are part of a family, and many activities are done with the team.

      Not much long term stability and money/funds are limited

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
