Which causes huge politics issued between the colleges. 4. Unmatched Job Scope Engineers were hired to do documentation and administration tasks. Ready to get your hand into various kinds of tasks? Join THEM! 5. Lack of expertise. Engineers here did not even entitle a professional education background. All they had is experience. Why need those complicated formulas? Just installs whatever components that won't fail on you. 6. Shortsighted management, poor basic amenities Management only cared about company stock price and company value. They value the journalist more than their own employees. Taking up a bunch of reserved parking for all the journalists coming to the company while there is a shortage of parking.
