      Since they are an MSP, you get opportunities for career growth and work with multiple clients. Promote learning culture.

      Inconvénients

      Promised me a bonus and at my first paycheck told me that I would get it after 6 months of joining. 6 months later, told me that the company changed the policy and no more bonuses. The supervisor does a lot of micromanagement. Would call and ask me to do tasks that were not even close to my job just so he doesn't see me sit free.

      Having a hybrid staff working globally, makes it difficult to get to know all of your teammates.

      Avantages

      Great Solution Computer is a place where a you can get a chance to learn all about the advance technology and their implementations. It provides a vast platform to expertise your skills in practical manner with the latest tools. The management is very motivational, co-operative and helpful at every point. Working in Great Computer Solution was a very good experience and the right decision for me.

      Inconvénients

      Throughout my employment at Great Computer Solutions, there not such issues which I may call downsides. Perhaps, working in an offshore department with 12 hrs difference makes you exhausted more than other.
