      Inconvénients

      - Teams can be siloed however this is improving, slowly - Too many developments are just-in-time

      Avantages

      +friendly and caring colleagues - 2nd family away from home! +high level of job personalisation to one's core strengths and interests +fast paced and dynamic, yet very conscious about work-life balance and wellbeing

      Inconvénients

      -perhaps a bit ahead of time, resulting in slower service adoption by relatively conservative clients base, but destined to explode eventually. -the company's small size and limited resources result in lower level of pay & benefits compared with bigger businesses. Any downsides are more than reciprocated for by fantastic career development opportunities, best in class work-life balance, insiring senior management with whom you would want to go for a pint after work and progressive culture & values that bond the team together and make everyone proud to be part of the Gradintelligence family.
