      It’s a paycheck if you’re desperate.

      Inconvénients

      Management is publicly demeaning to workers on the shop floor. Really bad communication - tough to find out anything at all.

      There are no pros to list, none whatsoever.

      Inconvénients

      The absolute worst experience I have ever had, not just for me but for all the employees that worked there. Total disrespect and horrible treatment. The owner is a narcissist and yells at everyone. You are on edge every day. It is an unacceptable environment to work in. The highest turn over rate of any company I have ever worked for.
