      Excellent, caring organization dedicated to mission of transforming lives through the power of work.

      Inconvénients

      Many part-time positions; however, they are great stepping stones to better jobs in the future for people who have limited work histories or other barriers to employment.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
