All of the leads from the store I was at didn't operate as a strong team. They started implementing rules and regulations after my 1st year there. They also wanted us to push more racks with little to no help on the registers. "Leads" barely stayed a year and cashiers maybe 1 month. While they didn't give the associates that showed potential an opportunity to try in a different field. No pay raises no matter how long you've worked there.
