      Avantages

      Challenging and fast paced environment which pushes employees out of comfort zone, learn and grow their knowledge, skills and experience. A lot of external and internal training opportunities. Inspiring leader as CEO, very experienced and financially stable.

      Inconvénients

      Very strict quality requirements so need to be responsible and task oriented. Less diversity and need to adapt to the working culture. Low starting salary but have performance evaluation to qualify for increment.

      1. No rest for operator. Work like robot. Even during off day need to come. 2. Epf Jan 2025 just paid on May 🤮 3. All employee 99.99% from Pharmaniaga. Unwanted employee from Pharmaniaga come here to make this their new home. Look at Pharmaniaga now, become better without these people here. 4. All benefits is outside show only, when come to claim, HR is very rigid. Claim takes 3 months🤦‍♂️. 5. All of the higher Management dont know how to work, only know how to give order. 6. Salary not balance between workers, if you are their family, or friends, sure you will have a great time. 7. Btw, the company is women empowerment, malay first company. Go figure.
