      Avantages

      Paid Holidays, Earned PTO, The kids

      Inconvénients

      No support system, hostile work environment, lack or morale, over worked for the pay, no appreciation or respect for employees. I would not recommend anyone to work here. The lack of support and respect for each other is mind blowing. The work environment is ALWAYS hostile. You have no idea who to trust and absolutely no one to turn to. They CPS roll is a joke, they are shady, disrespectful, and over entitled.

      Avantages

      Working for GoalPoint has given me many opportunities to grow my clinical skill set. I have been so impressed with the growth of the company and the time management takes to address needs of staff and clients. Although staffing can be short at times , your providing services in center only during normal business hours which allows for a balance. There are also remote opportunities which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Turnover at the rbt level is high but no different than what I have seen at other ABA centers. Changes happen often which can be confusing.

      Avantages

      Working with children who have autism takes a special heart and the work you do with the kids is amazing and uplifting.

      Inconvénients

      Not all of the staff were very supportive and management did not have much sympathy towards extenuating personal circumstances.
