      Avantages

      I’ve been working at GoZen for 2 years and I’ve become a lead now puerly based on meritocracy. And, when I talk about leadership, it is always a flat hierarchy here. Everyone can easily voice out their own preferences.

      An opportunity to use your creativity and contribute to new content, to help a SaaS grow and succeed.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of HR; independent contractor status, so no benefits, but an expectation to be responsive and in attendance as if you were a full-time employee.

      No Human Resource department or support; lack of attention and care to team dynamics; lack of regular work reviews and positive or critical feedback from management; constant shifting of projects and tasks w/out care or consideration for time and effort spent on completion of previously prioritized work
