You can focus on the thing you do best, which is teaching, and don’t have to worry about finding new students that may or may not need you for the long term. Nevertheless, we know that we have to optimize our bonus system continuously. That’s why we have recently introduced programs such as our mentoring, and ambassador programs, where dedicated tutors can increase their hourly rates.
