      not professional so-called supervisors and weak in science. They are only interested in making quick dollar. Worst management

      Avantages

      colleagues are very nice. That is the only pros I can make up

      Inconvénients

      R&D is kind of joke. So many people came here for few month and left. They do not know what is science. In so-called weekly meeting, the discussion is chaos and off the topic. Those guys even do not know how to analyze data.
