      - biweekly 1-1s with your mentor to discuss personal growth - product ownership early on - mandatory code reviews for all PRs - really cool CI/CD pipeline - most devops are automated already - 50% women engineering team

      Inconvénients

      - team members across different timezones so if you're based in Asia we sometimes work in European hours - early ownership = responsibilities = your responsibility to fix things when things go down = stress - startup salary - sometimes we do company hackathons which can get stressful as well

      - Very collaborative environment and with supportive team members. - Management is open to feedback and exploring a lot of different ideas to grow the team and company.

      Client numbers declined due to the rise of AI and shifts in the company’s service-based business model. As PR-as-a-Service demand decreased, many organizations now rely on smaller in-house teams supported by AI tools to handle this work.
