Inconvénients

If there's anybody I would caution against working with, it's these guys. Lack of respect for basic human dignity, coupled with megalomaniacal leadership, spawned nothing but toxicity and malcontent within the organization.

Inconvénients

The only real con is that there's so much opportunity and so many founders to help that I wish I had more hours in the day. But the company culture is "done, not perfect" and focused on iteration, which keeps us moving forward. Thank goodness for being dangerous at AI - it helps us scale our impact!

Working closely with Diraj leads to direct, hands-on learning of various operational methods, tools and techniques that greatly improve one's personal productivity. 4. Unparalleled exposure to customer experience (GFV is highly customer-centric). 5. Space for candid, honest feedback across the team. 6. Focus on work-life balance - GFV truly values family time, health and personal needs; work never encroaches into personal time. There's flexibility with timings and work is largely remote.

Inconvénients

1. Fast growth of the org and rapidly evolving/shifting priorities can sometimes be overwhelming. 2. Small team size means functions cannot always tightly compartmentalized; could be confusing for people used to bigger, more conventional workplaces.
