Things could be better - Avis employé Junior Creative Genesis Interactive

Interned here over the Summer. When I got feedback, it was great, but it was few and far between. There were plenty of stories to chose from and my colleagues were awesome.

The upper management was a little out of touch with the rest of the company but it wasn't all that bad.

When this company was up and running, it was a fun and informal work environment. Most of the employees were college students using taking unpaid internships.

Because most of the employees were doing unpaid internships, the quality of work was often not up to what it should have been.
