      Avantages

      they have good work in php.

      Inconvénients

      Work culture is very poor: Most of the employees are php developer. Office timings are 10:Am to 9:30 PM (You can imagine this.). salary structure. is very poor: Actually there is no salary structure. If you are a fresher they will ask you to first join the training which is 9000 Rs. After that there will be a job interview and if you selected in that interview you they will pay you Rs 6000 per month. Can you imagine just Rs 6000, In that 6000 you can not take leaves for 6 months, you have to come to office on Saturdays,. So I would suggest you not to join this company,

      Working environment is very competitive and friendly. They focus on learning new technologies and provide the training to every employees to keep pace with the emerging technologies.

      Inconvénients

      I dont feel that there are any cons of working in this company.

      Avantages

      Good company culture and supportive team. Flexible working hours and good exposure to new technologies. Managers are approachable, and the work-life balance is quite decent. You get opportunities to take ownership of your projects.

      Inconvénients

      Salary growth could be better. Sometimes project deadlines are tight, which can be stressful during peak sprints.
