      Avantages

      Good managers (expat), we need someone who has growth mindset especially in Bali that can push the staff to be better in quality, (staff) most of them can't speak english. Has a great chance for career path opportunities if you're qualified.

      Inconvénients

      Many of the workers (operations) is lack of growth mindset, they like to stay in the comfort zone and not seeking challenge. This kind of culture clash from my side (which seek hustling rather than slow pace).

      Supportive environment, and pretty exclusive establishment

      Lack of unclear expectations from management, sometimes not transparent on the decisions.

      Avantages

      The coworker are so nice, I got a lot of friends here.

      Inconvénients

      The management is so bad, I think they are trying to pay for less for everyone. There are a lot of insane adjustments. Only at this BPO that has no project allowance while the others BPO always has this.
