      Avantages

      Really good company to work with. Providing good pay and opportunities to grow. A person can also switch from full time to part time or casual according to their circumstances.

      Good training. Not too demanding in the learning curve.

      Inconvénients

      Not a whole lot of work where I live. Working out of town 1 day a week part-time with a long commute.

      Your surrounded by good people. Some clients may feed you though it purely coincidence.

      Inconvénients

      Poor upper management, Poor training, Poor Staff community. Vehicles are temperamental, and long work hours.
