      Avantages

      Very entrepreneurial. You can build your own network in and out of the company so long as you sail with the fleet. Allows you to focus and build your expertise. Pay is on par is not slightly above industry average. Good mix of work and life balance given to employees.

      Inconvénients

      Fragmented culture due to growth by acquisition. Sometimes seems like you're working at a franchise but yet nothing is standardized - systems, procedures etc. Benefits are terrible.
