      this is a great first job to get into the insurance industry. the company likes to promote from within. good benefits and time off.

      Inconvénients

      i wouldn’t give too many downsides. i just wish communication was a little better between departments so customer service can understand what’s going on.

      Poor salary, high standards/expectations with overbearing amount of workload and lack of training, constant deadlines, lack of communication with management, favoritism, micromanagement, unrealistic goals, poor office culture.
