Avantages

Great brands and some of the senior management is very supportive.

Inconvénients

A disorganized and discriminatory redundancy process that targeted individuals rather than assessing their professional abilities. Employees often have to plead for different work, while upper management remains disconnected from reality. They’ll hire you and let you go within months -avoid taking a permanent role here.

Avantages

The people The work - you'd be hard pressed to find a better range of clients or work with such purpose

Inconvénients

It's genuinely sad that an agency that has such a positive impact on the world can treat their people so badly. If you're looking for career stability, this is not the place for you. After multiple poorly handled rounds of redundancies, it looks like they're hiring again. Steer clear.

Avantages

Real investment in the people and their personal development, significant amount of training. Always ability to try new things and stretch out of comfort zone. Huge variety of work from brand design to fundraising and campaigning - and all for "good causes" which makes it interesting and gives you a sense of purpose. Recent real investment in progressive policies, born from staff feedback including more generous parental leave, up to 2 weeks working remotely anywhere in the world and free therapy services. A very flat culture, not heirachical, even more so now it is an employee owned trust. And when the business does well and we get a "profit share" - that's a nice added bonus!

Inconvénients

Like many small, indpendent agencies there's no room to hide - everyone has to pull their weight and do things outside of their comfort zone. Sometimes long hours, especially around pitches, like many other agencies. Sometimes lack of resources - but would rather that than work for a big soul-less network.
