      As a woman CEO I would expect the company to be better than this. They don't provide vacation time. They ask people to work extra overtime without pay.

      Avantages

      Good job security with contacts lasting years to decades. Good pay relative to public sector. Work is low stress.

      Inconvénients

      No benefits. Pay rate is higher so it depends on your financial situation if the trade off is worth it. Little to no support from the company once you're in your job.
