Avantages
There is nothing new or exciting about working in a company for a long time if you don't have a proper team culture and friendly work environment to implement your ideas/ thoughts, that G&R always have. Inconvénients
Everyone should be given more flexibility and openness while debating/ discussing with ideas/ thoughts with others even if he is wrong. I believe an opportunity to debate or share different thoughts freely makes an employee more integrated to his work and helps him finding the rational one. Also better employee benefits should be focussed on.
