      Avantages

      Transparency and open communication, different views and opinions are valued, good work-life balance, extensive home-office policy, many social activities, and many possibilities to learn (e.g. internal education/training, external training and long-term education)

      Inconvénients

      Culture needs some work, sometimes too many different topics are worked on rather than focusing on a few, options for career advancement are missing

      Avantages

      Good for students and interns, the learning curve is steep at the beginning, you can learn a lot from good professionals. You can ask anyone everyone will help and tech you. Lots of fringe benefits like food in restaurants, gym, cell phone per 3 years and cell phone subscription.

      Inconvénients

      The salary is lower compared to competitors, as a senior there is nothing more to gain. Lot of people on that position leave because of that, lowering the morale. In short good for newbies and not so good for seniors.
