      Avantages

      Great place to work, loved working there. Employee self insurance is pretty cheap.

      Inconvénients

      Family insurance is 100% out of pocket and takes most of paycheck.

      Avantages

      There are decent wages for a small town. the company is stable, so you don't worry about being laid off. cheap living, cuz its a small town.

      Inconvénients

      Owner is a control freak. No regard for state laws, or rights of employees. fires people because he doesn't like them. Thinks he owns people.
