Avantages
There is extensive training and a good network of people to reach out to.
Inconvénients
Where do I even begin? This job was nearly traumatizing. The management was so awful. Micromanage doesn’t even begin to describe it. He would yell and slam doors and corporate does not care. He would pace behind my desk while talking on the phone. He would listen to all phone conversations and yell from his office to correct anything he didn’t agree with. He would talk terribly about the agents and it started to feel immoral to support such a company. I witnessed him yelling at a woman and firing her over absolutely nothing. Again, corporate could care less. During Covid, there was 0 support to work from home. Everyone was expected to come in at all times and the one employee who asked to work from home was nonstop accused of not working because he couldn’t be watched at all times. The work/life balance during the busy season was nonexistent. There was no option to take a day off because the amount of work you would return to would be extensive. It truly is unfortunate because the company has potential if they cared how management treated their employees. The company cares about money. Not people.
