      Avantages

      Multitude of carriers to choose among different product lines

      Inconvénients

      Everything. You don’t own your book of business and get paid a fraction of the commissions! Commissions constantly change. The resources are a joke for the price you pay in reduce commissions. Residuals are minimal. Morale of company terrible as it takes FOREVER to get paid commissions!

      Avantages

      Agent support is the best, this is the first company I've actually been paid residuals from. Staff and owner will bend over backwards to help you. Quick review and approval of applications.

      Inconvénients

      None FFIG is a great company to work with.

      Solid company to work for. Multiple products to sell - life, health and annuities. Strong emphasis on annuities; also MA and Medicare Supplements.

      Inconvénients

      Onboarding program could use a little help.
