Avantages
Small shop, everyone knows each other. Most people are friendly. The location is great, close to the beach. Relaxed dress environment, flip-flops and shorts are just fine. The management is not picky about what your doing during the day, people usually aren't looking over your shoulder and barking orders. Most employees are respectful of one another. Good place for someone looking to get off the corporate grind and camp for some time. Clients are decent when there is diversity. Depending on what department your in, management is open to new things
Inconvénients
Narrow focus on specific clients, often leading to dissatisfaction among talented and creative people. Some employees with promising potential are pigeonholed into specific roles in order to keep the work flowing. Hard to keep growing once you hit a certain point, unless someone leaves. At that point, it's probably good to move on.
