Remote work- thats it! No other pros to this job
Inconvénients
Cliquish work environment- you either fit in (which is great if you do) or you don't (which means you are instantly outcasted and makes simple aspects of work like communicating very hard)
Low Pay- Only making 45k before taxes, health insurance that is offered was extremely expensive
High Expectations- they expect you to go above and beyond yet (work extra hours, participate in a mandatory book club, etc.) you can work an account and never get paid commission on any booked appointments made
