Avantages
Most people are great co-workers Onsite gym and cafeteria Easy location to get to Depending on the manager lots of freedom New culture change is starting to improve campus C-Level execs and HR are doing a good job trying to change old company wide mindset.
Inconvénients
Very old age of employees Average age is quite high Tenure is very long, no where to go to up the ladder especially now that company is flatter College kids and new career makers are being run off because middle management is inflexible and do not understand how the young adult likes to work nor is there anywhere for them to go Depending on the part of the company management is running rough shot over everyone and creating a hostile work environment. FJ in Japan calls all the shots so decision making is slow and steady Japanese mindset is a killer to getting things done on time Bickering, back stabbing, and an old school mentality does run rampant due to the advanced age of the employees People start fights for no reason over the most tiny things which wastes a lot of effort Politics dictates a lot of decision making, no one has the ability to get things done
