      You get to work in sports There are good people that are fun to be around

      Inconvénients

      The pay is beyond atrocious The hours are terrible, leaving little work life balance Upward mobility is a false promise. Outside of title, very little change in job function, pay, hours, responsibility And yet somehow the leadership is worst of all If you're looking to start a career in sports, you should keep looking

      Avantages

      Meals provided on gamedays Flexible vacation/time off Management is friendly and reasonable Participation in gameday activities Genuinely fun during home gameday weeks Employee discount on most concessions

      Inconvénients

      Lots of manual labor, not much of this job translates to "business world" Work almost every day Low pay for hours worked (stipend) Away gameday weeks are brutal, but you do get off relatively early Long hours on home gamedays
