Open door policy, quite a flat management structure so your ideas and opinions are heard, listened to and often put into action. Not afraid to try new initiatives or explore different approaches to grow the business. Good company communication with management and HR providing regular business updates. Line management support where needed or requested but not one for thriving on a micro management style and it's not something of the culture here. Money being invested in new premises and new computer equipment a positive factor. Flexible working and output rather than time sheet driven, even before the days of Covid.
Inconvénients
As the company is very much a SME it suits someone better who is a self-starter and can set out and plans their own goals, rather than someone looking to work for a big corporate organisation with the structures, features and hand holding that can come with blue chip or large corporates. Career path or progression not as obvious as it is with perhaps some larger organisations.
