Most people here are the types to help out even if the problem at hand doesn't affect "their" client. Lower travel burden compared to most consulting firms. Fantastic compensation closely tied to individual results. The company prefers to develop talent internally all the way to the top - the vast majority of partners/principals were hired as non-shareholder consultants.
Inconvénients
A lack of standardization across (and sometimes within) offices in terms of processes and expectations can be frustrating for new consultants. This is not a good environment for people who aren't adept at managing through ambiguity. A low level of bureaucracy means that there a no formal controls on work/life balance - if you are successful here you will have to independently manage your workload to avoid getting overwhelmed.
