I have not even started working for the company yet and it is already done hill, but I accepted a job offer that is suppose to start March 13, 2023. I accepted the position back in February, so I filled out all my required paperwork back in February. So I noticed that my background check had not even been completed by the company and it was March now. So starting March 6 of 2023 I noticed I had not gotten any email from management, HR or any where of what I need to do to prepare for Monday. And mind you I have been reaching out before March 6 to try and get a copy of paper work I filled out no response. So going back to the main issue I have reached out to every email that they have about my job and have gotten not one response. They do not even have a phone number to call it is all my email that they do not respond back too. So at this point I don’t know if I have a job or not anymore which sucks because I left my old job for this one. Which now I am realizing I might not even have anymore

Avantages

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Inconvénients

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
