Avantages
Time off for family and personal needs was not an issue. The vast majority of employees were enjoyable and easy to work with.
Inconvénients
New hires were quite often painted a picture of current and future workload that was that was far better than reality. Employees pay for fuel in company vehicles, travel expenses, hotels and meals etc. out of pocket and are reimbursed by the company. That reimbursement often took 60 days and, at times, longer. A 20 dollar an hour employee might find this burden difficult to carry. Salary is the key word when it comes to compensation. Count on long days and being made to feel guilty if the majority of your time is not billable. All salaried employees are expected to put effort into securing there own work and clients. Pay schedule is monthly which takes some getting used to.
