Avantages

Good for mid-weight designers, only if you are mapped to the right projects.

Inconvénients

- Talent Deployment doesn't map the right people to the right projects until things go wrong and the account is about to lose - Line managers don't know how to flag rising issues early, balance empathy to direct reports, and find ways to align with company requirements - Directors and Principals are often unaware of new tooling and established product design processes, leading to confused directions and shifting blame to seniors and mid-weights - Leadership has our-people-first policy; supporting, coaching, rewarding, and promoting. While allocating low-quality opportunities, downplaying achievements, and threatening layoffs to particular ethnic background.
