Our people and culture make up an important part of Foolproof, so it’s great to hear about your positive experiences working alongside your fellow colleagues.
As mentioned in your review, we pride ourselves on our supportive culture as well as the flexibility and work-life balance we offer our employees, and view all three of these as benefits of working at Foolproof and a testament to our talent. We are therefore disappointed to hear about your perspective on employee experience and your observations on the company benefits and communications from the leadership team being poor.
As a team, we do aim to provide timely responses to our employees’ questions, but often need to discuss these with wider teams within the business first. However, we are aware that this can sometimes lead to a delay in communications and reassure you that this is an issue we discuss frequently. We do take your feedback on board and we are continually working to improve communications, transparency and internal processes as well as to align investments to right initiatives.
