      Avantages

      Flex is all about the people. 90% of your colleagues will be kind people who value work-life balance. They are intelligent and approach projects strategically.

      Inconvénients

      Some processes feel disorganised but it's clear that the management is making moves to respond to this. There's been a lot of turnover in the past year which is hard on the teams, especially in terms of communication and collaboration. No cameras on during most calls :(

      Everything was well organized All colleagues I worked with were very polight and they were always there for me and my questions Overall a great company culture

      Inconvénients

      Maybe we even took it too slow? I wouldn't say there were any cons.
