      Most people at all levels are very approachable. Easier to sort out issues or anything that needs to be resolved.

      Inconvénients

      Not as employee focused as the management communicates.

      Avantages

      Some VERY good senior consultants. If you're fortunate enough to get on one of their teams, you will learn a lot.

      Inconvénients

      They grew through acquisition. Some of the teams are not so great.
