Constant layoffs, the latest one is based on Sapience. People have to clock in/out and spend at least 9 hours in the office. Every step is monitored, very depressing. The senior management treat the employees like trash - hard to say whether it’s intentional in order to make people leave or the CEO and his buddies just lost their minds completely. Whatever it is, don’t come to work for this company unless you are absolutely desperate. And if you do come, start looking for another job somewhere else.
