Avantages
Made good money from all the over time you were mandated to work. Some weeks up to 80 hours a week
Inconvénients
If you didn’t put in the mandatory 80 hours on month end you were threatened your job. Many days of working 8am well into the next day at 4am go home sleep for 3 hours and go back in to do it again. People did it because they didn’t have time to look for another job. Family life forget it they will never see you nor will you be able to be a parent while working there.
