      good only for fresher graduates or 12th pass who r looking to earn pocket money

      Inconvénients

      management not good, policies of the company are not employee friendly, will deduct all ur NSA if u take two leaves, very confusing policy briefing

      None. Deadful company. Stay away

      Inconvénients

      Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
