Avantages
Though the company is good for associate but dont join as a supervisor.. The recruiter makes false promises. I am working in Gandhinagar location.
Inconvénients
Even after working for 9 hrs the management marks LOP if you miss to punchout which can be verified and approved by management. Even the HR policy is supporting this illegal rule. I am regreting after joining. Management is biased.. They approve if you are buttering them. I was in fever but the management marked AL instead of Sick Leave
