Avantages

HR team’s try to support employees, are supportive and helpful - found more support and knowledge from the Derby Team than my own! Wagestream

Inconvénients

Local NI HR Team are useless; poor processes, leave grievances for months. Don’t support employees. Allow managers to get away with treating people like school children. Managers always mess up payroll and then blame payroll (worked long enough in managers roles to know who messes up what). Company is run by a group of Indian seniors who don’t understand NI culture.
