Avantages
Some of the people are amazing, some benifits but most you'll never use, systems are easy but limited.
Inconvénients
Management don't listen or take concerns on board/seriously. Support is non-existent most of the time, Management will and can spread stories if you tell them stuff in private, hours are far too long for contact centre work, no change in days off, poor pay for what you do.
