Horrible treatment - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Firstsource Solutions

Matrix pay was lowered by almost 50% they lowered the pay without any regards to how people are going to live they gave everyone one weeks notice of the drop in pay. People that have worked there for 10+ years are now basically making the same amount as someone that just started. It was based on you get paid on how much you process they lowered the rate per claim so much you have to do double the work to get anything and they put a cap on what you can make. You always make a certain amount there's no room for advancement and it's a shame how they treated their examiners.
