Where do I start -Culture turned quite toxic on my way out, so much gossip from all sides of the company. Spent years not taking my vacations because the second someone took vacation, people gossiped about them not working. -Depending on the role, everyone is either underworked or overworked. -Management: Shifts in management seem to happen randomly, there's a lot of "managing up" at this company, leaving lower-level employees in the dust. -Inappropriate Conduct: Despite the gender diversity within the company and management, I dealt with multiple instance of sexual harassment. One instance was handled properly, one DEFINITELY was not. There are no punishments for behavior from people that are "needed" and it will quickly turn around and bite them if they continue this double standard.
